Your status (Individual, Entrepreneur, or Legal Entity) will be determined based on the option you selected during your first purchase. You may request a one-time change to this status only after successfully passing the evaluation and receiving a withdrawal, but before starting a new trading cycle.
The Orion Funded Account Agreement is a legally binding document outlining both your rights and obligations as a trader, as well as Orion Funded’s commitments to you. If you would like to review a sample contract, please contact our support team.
Process for Signing the Contract
Once you successfully meet the Trading Objectives of your evaluation, the Orion Identity section will be unlocked in your Orion Dashboard.
In this section, you will need to submit your personal or company details and supporting documents, which will be reviewed by our compliance team.
For individual traders, compliance checks typically take less than 1 business day.
For company registrations, the process can take up to 3 business days.
Once your documents are verified, your information will be securely stored in our system, ensuring a seamless experience for future withdrawals or contract renewals.
After passing KYC or KYB verification, the Orion Funded Account Agreement will be unlocked in your Orion Dashboard, where you can review and sign it electronically.
📌 Important: The Orion Identity type (Individual, Entrepreneur, or Legal Entity) can only be changed once and will be permanently locked afterward.
